Biden Excludes Electric Vehicles from Final Biofuel Quota Rules and Also Cancels Credits

According to market sources, the Biden administration will exclude proposals for electric vehicles from the final biofuel quota rules to be announced later this month, and will also cancel up to $1.8 billion in credits expected to be generated by electric vehicles over the next two years.
