







China's total exports of unwrought manganese, scrap materials and powder stood at 33,451 mt in March, down 4.18% month on month and up 39.96% year on year, according to SMM statistics.
The exports of wrought manganese and manganese products stood at 7,389 mt, up 236.48% on the month and up 136.76% on the year. China exported 40,800 mt of EMM and manganese products, up 10% from February.
According to SMM research, the EMM prices were stable in March as upstream enterprises were unwilling to lower the prices while downstream enterprises only purchased as needed. The exported of manganese products increased due to its better cost efficiency.
