The real estate market as a whole is in a period of adjustment. In order to stabilize the real estate market and ensure improvement of people's livelihood, continued efforts are still needed.

In the next stage, as the economy recovers, the policies to stabilize the real estate market take effect, and market expectations improve, the real estate market is expected to gradually stabilize.
