SHANGHAI, May 9 (SMM) - Entering May, according to SMM research, the weak orders from new energy power battery enterprises, the production control of ternary precursor companies, and falling overseas demand encourage most high-purity manganese sulphate enterprises to extend the production suspension. Only a small number of companies may resume work in May according to the production of major customers. Overall, China’s high-purity manganese sulphate output is estimated at 7,500 mt, up 4.46% on the month.
