It is reported that the benchmark price for ferrochrome contracts between ferrochrome makers in South African and steel mills in Europe for the second quarter of 2023 has been set at 172 cents/lb, about 15.4% higher than the previous quarter, but nearly 20.4% lower than the the same period the previous year.
