Guangdong: Provident Fund Can Be Withdrawn to Pay the Down Payment in a First-Hand House Purchase for the First Time  

According to the official website of Chaozhou Housing Provident Fund Center in Guangdong Province, on April 24, Chaozhou Housing Provident Fund implemented five measures to promote the stable and healthy development of the real estate market.

In terms of the down payment withdrawal policy, the new policy proposes that if an employee buys a house for the first time and it is a first-hand commodity house in this city, both husband and wife can go to the housing provident fund service window to withdraw the housing provident fund to pay the down payment for the house purchase with relevant materials.
