SHANGHAI, Apr 27 (SMM) – Standard Chartered's Steve Englander wrote in a note Tuesday: "We think the Fed has strategic as well as tactical reasons for a pause in interest rate hike in May and then the Fed will raise interest rates in June, unless incoming data confirms that the economy slowdown has happened".
