Secondary Crude Lead Prices Remained Firm

According to SMM survey, mainstream prices of secondary crude lead offered by smelters were 14,150-14,250 yuan/mt, delivery to factory.

Due to regional differences in supply, the delivery-to-factory prices for some regions were quoted at 14,050 yuan/mt, the lowest quotation in the market.

Traders said that the actual prices of secondary crude lead at 14,170-14,180 yuan/mt (delivery to factory) were acceptable, and the purchases were relatively brisk. Some smelters in south China did not have an advantage in terms of freight due to the long distance, and their price to the factory was 14,250 yuan/mt.
