The mainstream prices of dysprosium oxide also dropped more rapidly last week, down from 1.99-2 million yuan/mt two Fridays ago to 1.9-1.92 million yuan/mt last Friday, down 4.3%.
The prices of dysprosium-iron alloy went down 4.8% from 1.98-2 million yuan/mt to 1.89-1.9 million yuan/mt.
Inquiries for dysprosium oxide and dysprosium-iron alloys continued to be lacklustre. Sellers lowered their quotes but downstream buyers remained on the sidelines, muting trading.
