The UN is discussing the return of Russian banks to the system with the management of the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications (SWIFT) and the European side and is contacting the private economic sectors of EU member states to ensure that part of the agreement on the outbound transportation of agricultural products from Black Sea ports involving Russian grain and fertiliser is implemented, said UN Secretary-General's spokesman Dujarric on April 12 local time.
