SHANGHAI, Mar 31 (SMM) – According to SMM survey, Dongfang Hope Ningxia plans to add 9*33,000 KVA submerged arc furnaces in the first phase, and GCL Xinjiang plans to add 8*33,000 KVA submerged arc furnaces, of which three furnaces will be put into operation in April, while the rest will be commissioned later this year.
