SHANGHAI, Mar 24 (SMM) – The Shandong Provincial Department of Natural Resources has made new breakthroughs in the iron-rich ore exploration project in the Qihe-Yucheng area of Dezhou city. It has newly discovered an iron-rich ore body with a maximum thickness of 63.06 metres and a grade of 56.63%. According to preliminary estimates, the deposit contains 14 million mt of iron ore resources. Up to now, the proven reserves of iron-rich ore in this area have reached nearly 80 million mt.
