According to a report released by the National Bureau of Statistics, China's lead output from January to February was 1.37 million mt, an increase of 18.2% year-on-year. In January, most refined lead enterprises were in normal production during the Chinese New Year owing to the production characteristics of the equipment, while the production of secondary lead companies was affected by the holiday. In February, secondary lead companies in some regions suspended or reduced production due to factors such as technical upgrade and equipment failures, but the output still increased.
