SHANGHAI, Mar 21 (SMM) - In-plant inventory of finished products at secondary lead smelting enterprises last week stood at around 17,000 mt, an increase of 5,400 mt from a week earlier. This is because some secondary refined lead smelters sold largely under long-term contracts due to low secondary refined lead prices at the beginning of the week. Prices of some high-bismuth lead under small orders were raised. Most of the smelters were reluctant to sell, and the finished product inventory increased slightly during the week. The raw material inventory of enterprises in the sample stood at around 207,200 mt, a slight increase of 2,600 mt compared with a week earlier.
