SHANGHAI, Mar 17 (SMM) - The average operating rate of copper wire and cable companies stood at 71.27% in February. Most large enterprises in east China intensively delivered the orders placed by State Grid as well as new energy and civil engineering sectors that were delayed due to COVID-19.
