SHANGHAI, Mar 16 (SMM) - In light of more working days in March, the monthly operating rate of lead-acid battery enterprises is estimated to increase 3 percentage points month-on-month. Amid the traditional off-season in March, most major enterprises plan production based on sales. During this period, some small and medium-sized enterprises report signs of weakening orders, especially the automotive battery enterprises. Supported by the policy of over-standard e-bicycle elimination, the demand for new bicycle batteries remains strong. Therefore, the production of these enterprises may increase steadily in March.
