According to incomplete statistics, dozens of provinces and cities including Shanghai, Zhejiang, Henan, Sichuan, Heilongjiang, Shanxi, Yunnan, Hainan and Guizhou have unveiled policies to promote automobile consumption. Thus, some lead-acid battery companies are optimistic about their orders from the auto sector in March-April. In this context, weakening demand for battery replacement did not trigger massive output cuts by lead-acid battery companies.
