SMM Daily Comments (Mar 10): Base metals prices Fell across the Board, Prices For Most Ferrous Metals Rose  

SHANGHAI, Mar 10 (SMM) - Today, the US dollar index fluctuated slightly. As of 15:11 CST, the US dollar index fell 0.04%, WTI crude oil and Brent crude oil fell for four days in a row, down 1.06% and 0.78% respectively today.

By the closing of the intraday session, SHFE nickel fell 3.96%, SHFE tin was down 3.83%, SHFE zinc dipped 1.63%, SHFE aluminium dropped 1.35%, SHFE copper fell 0.71%, and SHFE lead fell 0.16%.

Rebar prices increased by 1.36%, coke rose by 1.19%, hot-rolled coil increased by 0.87%, and iron ore climbed by 0.11%.
