As of March 8, monomer manufacturers in Xinjiang produced with 200,000 mt of capacity. The enterprises in Hubei operate for 3 days and stop for 1 day.

SHANGHAI, Mar 10 (SMM) - As of March 8, monomer manufacturers in Xinjiang produced with 200,000 mt of capacity. The enterprises in Hubei operate for 3 days and stop for 1 day. The recovery time of a monomer plant in Zhejiang is postponed to April. The rest of the monomer plants are operating normally.

SMM understands that some monomer enterprises will stop the production for maintenance in mid and late-March. The maintenance time of a monomer factory in Jiangsu is about 25 days, and that of a monomer factory in Shandong is about 20 days, which will reduce the output in March. China's DMC output is expected to decrease to 170,000 mt in March.
