SHANGHAI, Mar 10 (SMM) - Silicon wafer prices went up this week.

SHANGHAI, Mar 10 (SMM) - Silicon wafer prices went up this week. The mainstream transaction prices of monocrystalline silicon wafer M10 and G12 were 6.36 yuan/piece and 8.18 yuan/piece respectively. The shortages of crucibles constrained the operating rates of some crystal pulling factories, especially second and third-tier ones, which enhanced the bargaining power of top-tier silicon wafer enterprises and enabled them to hike their offers since the beginning of the week.
