SHANGHAI, Mar 2 (SMM) - The absence of a resurgence of COVID-19 cases after CNY holidays helped migrant workers to return to work post-holiday. However, the recovery of steel demand was dragged by uncertain commencement time for various real estate projects and the small growth in number. Demand fell compared to years past.
