Tianshan Aluminum Acquires Bauxite Mining Rights in Indonesia through Overseas Sub-Subsidiary

Tianshan Aluminum announced on February 24 that it intends to acquire 100% stake in PTIntiTambangMakmu through the registration of a wholly-owned sub-subsidiary and its own funds, thereby indirectly acquiring all issued Class B shares of the three mining subsidiaries (PTPersadaPratamaCemerlang, PTPersadaBuanaGemilang and PTPaloanMajuAbad). This will also allow it to obtain control of these three mining subsidiaries, each of whom owns a bauxite in Indonesia.
