In this round of land supply in Suzhou, a total of 11 plots were transferred, with a total transfer area of 392,600 square meters and a total initial transfer price of 13.03 billion yuan. All 11 plots were sold successfully, with a total transaction value of about 14 billion yuan and an average premium rate of 7.46%.
