Sichuan Road and Bridge to Cooperate with Dangsheng Technology to Build an LFP (LMFP) Production Line with an Initial Investment of 2.6 Billion Yuan

Sichuan Road and Bridge (600039. SH) announced that one of the company's subsidiaries intends to cooperate with Beijing Dangsheng Material Technology Co., Ltd. The two companies jointly funded the establishment of the project company Dangsheng Shudao (Panzhihua) New Materials Co., Ltd. (tentative name) with the equity ratio of 49%: 51%, and jointly invested in the construction of the new materials industry base project. The first phase of the project plans to build a production line with an annual output of 120,000 mt of LFP (LMFP) and supporting facilities.
