Global Iron Ore Shipments Fell 10.2% Week-on-Week to 25.07 Million mt during February 4-10

SHANGHAI, Feb 13 (SMM) - SMM statistics showed that the global iron ore shipments totalled 25.07 million mt in the week ending February 10, a decrease of 6.8% week-on-week.

The four major mining companies shipped a combined 17.29 million mt of iron ore last week, a drop of 1.98 million mt from a week earlier.

Iron ore arrivals at Chinese ports rose 26.4% on a weekly basis to 28.83 million mt last week.
