Anda Energy Technology Launches a 60,000 mt/year LFP Project

It is reported that the planned LFP capacity for the project is 60,000 mt/year, which will reach full capacity two years after being commissioned.

On February 8, Anda Energy Technology held a groundbreaking ceremony for its 60,000 mt/year lithium iron phosphate (LFP) project groundbreaking ceremony in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province.

It is reported that the planned LFP capacity for the project is 60,000 mt/year, which will reach full capacity two years after being commissioned. The company's total planned capacity of LFP will reach 150,000 mt by then.

In 2022, China's LFP cathode materials output totalled 1.14 million mt, an increase of 151.0% year-on-year, and its output value grew to 165.59 billion yuan. Anda Energy Technology ranked sixth in China in terms of LFP market share in 2022 and came at fourth in terms of iron phosphate capacity.
