The London Metal Exchange (LME) noted on February 9 that the Russian metal in its warehouses stood at 152,841 mt, accounting for 42% of the total metal stocks, which was less than the all-time high, and was expected to increase further.
The latest LME monthly report showed that, as of January 31, the Russian aluminum stocks in LME inventory was 93,750 mt, accounting for 41% of the total of its kind, copper was 54,950 mt accounting for 94%, and nickel was 42,774 mt with 16% share.
