SHANGHAI, Feb 3 (SMM) - Ports in north China: Australian ore 49-50 yuan/mtu, flat from the previous trading day, Australian ore 47-48 yuan/mtu, South African manganese semicarbonate ore 37.5-38 yuan/mtu, Gabonese ore 46.5-47 yuan/mtu, Brazilian ore 43.5-46 yuan/mtu, South African high-iron manganese ore 33.5-34 yuan/mtu. Ports in south China: Australian ore 48-48.5 yuan/mtu, down 0.25 yuan/mt, Australian ore 45.5-6 yuan/mtu, flat from the previous trading day, South African manganese semicarbonate ore 39.5-40.5 yuan/mtu, Gabonese ore 46-47 yuan/mtu, Brazilian ore 44-45.5 yuan/mtu, South African high-iron manganese ore 33.5-34 yuan/mtu. At present, the futures prices of SiMn were weak, which affected the market sentiment to a certain extent. As such, manganese mines quoted high previously may lowered their prices.
