The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and other departments mentioned in the revised Measures for the Administration of Special Investments in the Central Budget for Coal Mine Safety Upgrade that a single coal mine project that meets the conditions will be given a subsidy of no more than 30 million yuan. The special funds are used to plan new construction or continued construction projects, and shall not be used for completed projects. The funds will be used to consolidate the foundation of coal mine safety production, prevent major accidents, improve the intrinsic safety level of coal mining, and innovate and change coal production methods. The implementation period of this special project is 2023-2025.
