SHANGHAI, Jan 31 (SMM) - According to SMM survey, a silicon wafer company suffered polysilicon leakage on January 30 due to power outages in its plants in addition to crucible quality issues. As a result, the company reduced its production schedules in February to about 200 million pieces, with an output loss of 100-150 million pieces. The order signing of some solar cell buyers might also be affected.
