SHFE Adjusts Transaction Fees for Nickel Futures Contracts

Yesterday, the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) issued the Notice on Adjusting the Transaction Fees of Nickel Futures Related Contracts, and decided to adjust transactions fees for NI2302, NI2303, NI2304 and NI2305 contracts to 30 yuan/mt for day trading.

SHANGHAI, Jan 17 — Yesterday, the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) issued the Notice on Adjusting the Transaction Fees of Nickel Futures Related Contracts, and decided to adjust transactions fees for NI2302, NI2303, NI2304 and NI2305 contracts to 30 yuan/mt for day trading. This will take effect on January 19, 2023 (i.e. the evening session on January 18).

Stainless Steel Prices Remained Weak despite Narrow Rebound amid Oversupply of Ferrochrome and Indonesia NPI

As of July 29, the most-traded stainless steel contract fell to 15,280 yuan/mt overnight, a new low since May 21, 2021. The contract rallied in day trading, and once recorded a gain of 1.41%. The contract finally closed the day at 1.32%.
