EMM Exports Soared in Overseas Seasonal Peak Season

China’s EMM exports in November 2022 stood at 25,500 mt, a month-on-month increase of 23%, and a year-on-year drop of 17%, according to SMM statistics.

SHANGHAI, Dec 26 (SMM) - China’s EMM exports in November 2022 stood at 25,500 mt, a month-on-month increase of 23%, and a year-on-year drop of 17%, according to SMM statistics. The exports of manganese products changed little on the month and stood at 3,300 mt, a year-on-year decline of 1%.

Total exports of EMM and manganese products rose 20% month on month and stood at 28,800 mt.

The peak season overseas due to the impact of the Chinese New Year has improved market purchases, pushing up the exports.
