DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsCar InsightSHANGHAI, Oct 21 (SMM) - The price of lithium carbonate has continued to rise recently. The quotations of some medium-sized smelters have increased by about 10,000 yuan/mt compared with last week. Some smelters were affected by the maintenance of pipelines in industrial park, hence they held back their cargoes this week. The Pilbara held a new round of lithium concentrate auction with an auction price of 71 million yuan/mt. This is $112/mt or 1.6% higher than its previous auction price. In the context of lithium concentrate shortages, the auction price is still on in an upward trend.
