SHANGHAI, Sep 1 (SMM) – The total inventory of HRC across social warehouses and steel makers in China stood at 3.53 million mt as of September 1, down 61,100 mt or 1.7% on the week, a decrease of 7.87% on the year.
The inventory across social warehouses was 2.52 million mt, down 47,400 mt or 1.85% from the previous week, a drop of 13.49% on the year.
The in-plant inventory of steel makers totalled 1.02 million mt, down 13,700 mt or 1.33% on the week, and an increase of 9.74% on the year.
