China Primary Aluminium Import and Export in Jul

According to the General Administration of Customs, China imported a total of 51,037.4 of primary aluminium in July, with imports with HS code 76011010 and 76011090 standing at 85.4 mt and 50,951.9 mt respectively.

SHANGHAI, Aug 23 (SMM) – According to the General Administration of Customs, China imported a total of 51,037.4 of primary aluminium in July, with imports with HS code 76011010 and 76011090 standing at 85.4 mt and 50,951.9 mt respectively. The imports in July fell 82.1% MoM and 97.2% YoY. The imports from January to July totalled 202,300 mt, up 63.5% YoY.

Also according to the General Administration of Customs, the export volume of primary aluminium in July stood at 7,588.4 mt, with exports with HS code 76011010 and 76011090 cording 917 mt and 6,671 mt respectively. The exports in July rose 14.6% MoM and 16 times YoY. The exports totalled 184,285.8 mt from January to July, up 4,731.2% YoY.
