DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsConsultingSHANGHAI, Jul 25 (SMM) - The prices of lithium carbonate rose slightly last week. Despite the inflows of imported lithium carbonate, the overall supply was still tight due to the maintenance of major smelters. There were obvious signs of demand recovery. The production and sales of new energy vehicles increased month-on-month, boosting the demand across the industry chain. However, LCO demand was suppressed by sluggish electronics sector while LFP plants refrained from buying in large quantities at the current high prices, limiting the upside room of lithium carbonate prices.
