According to SMM, TC/RC of copper concentrate is set at $76/mt and ¢7.6/lb respectively under long-term orders in the first half of 2023.

SHANGHAI, Jun 29 (SMM) - According to SMM, TC/RC of copper concentrate is set at $76/mt and ¢7.6/lb respectively under long-term orders in the first half of 2023, at the third round of negotiations between Jiangxi Copper, Tongling Non-ferrous Metals, Jinchuan Group as well as Antofagasta on the morning of June 29, and the number stood at around $54-55/mt a year ago.

The TC/RC was finalised at $75/mt and ¢7.5/lb respectively earlier on June 20 between Antofagasta and Japanese smelters for the period from the second half of 2022 to the first half of 2023.
