SHANGHAI, Jun 10 (SMM) - Manufacturers of 3C electronics products are suffering a severe inventory accumulation, and demand is still in a downward trend.

SHANGHAI, Jun 10 (SMM) - Manufacturers of 3C electronics products are suffering a severe inventory accumulation, and demand is still in a downward trend. Taking mobile phones as an example, the price of tricobalt tetraoxide, an important raw material for lithium cobalt oxide batteries used in mobile phones, kept falling. The average price of SMM tricobalt tetraoxide stood at 315,000 yuan/mt as of June 9, a drop of 20% from early May. It is expected that the conversion margins of consumer electronics lithium battery copper foil will continue to fall.
