SHANGHAI, Jun 8 (SMM) - Ganfeng Lithium stated on its interactive platform that its 40,000 mt/year lithium carbonate project in Argentina is expected to be put into operation in the second half of 2022, and the specific production time depends on the construction progress of the project.

SHANGHAI, Jun 8 (SMM) - Ganfeng Lithium stated on its interactive platform that its 40,000 mt/year lithium carbonate project in Argentina is expected to be put into operation in the second half of 2022, and the specific production time depends on the construction progress of the project. The continued rise in lithium prices since 2021 is mainly due to the strong development of new energy vehicles and energy storage industries. The future trend of lithium prices mainly depends on the development speed of new energy industries and the release speed of lithium resource capacity.
