Metals Prices Generally Fell while the Decline of Ferrous Products Generally Narrowed

Today, the US dollar index fluctuated, and crude oil futures rose. As of about 16:48, the US dollar index fell by 0.05%, and US crude oil and Brent futures rose by 0.59% and 0.33% respectively.

SHANGHAI, May 26 (SMM) - Today, the US dollar index fluctuated, and crude oil futures rose. As of about 16:48, the US dollar index fell by 0.05%, and US crude oil and Brent futures rose by 0.59% and 0.33% respectively. Metal futures market: As of the closing of the day, the SHFE metals generally Generally Fell. Only SHFE aluminium and SHFE nickel rose by about 0.32% and 0.08% respectively. SHFE tin, SHFE lead, SHFE copper and SHFE zinc fell by 5.65%, 1.69%, 0.49% and 0.57% respectively.

Most of the ferrous products fell. Only the rebar and thermal coal rose by 0.18% and 0.85% respectively. The iron ore and coking coal fell by 0.77% and 0.7% respectively. LME metals generally rebounded. As of about 15:35, LME tin and LME copper fell by 3% and 0.2% respectively while LME nickel, LME aluminium, LME lead and LME zinc rose by 0.82%, 0.45% and 0.62% and 0.05% respectively.
