Australian Lithium Miner Pilbara's Second Auction of 2022 Sold for $5,955/mt

Pilbara BMX conducted its second lithium concentrate auction in 2022 and the price was set at $5,955/mt.

SHANGHAI, May 24(SMM) - At 15:30 on May 24, Pilbara BMX conducted its second lithium concentrate auction in 2022 and the price was set at $5,955/mt. which was 5.4% higher than Pilbara's auction price of $5,650/mt on April 27 2022. The amount of ore to be auctioned stood at 5,000 mt, with a concentrate grade of 5.5%. The cost of 1 mt of LCE has been converted to about 418,000 yuan/mt, and the cost of the ore has exceeded 400,000 yuan/mt! The ore is expected to be delivered for shipment from mid-June to mid-July.
