National Logistics Operated in Order and Improve Steadily

SHANGHAI, May 19(SMM) - According to the data monitored and summarised by the Office of the Leading Group of the State Council on Logistics to ensure smooth traffic, on May 18, the national railway transported 10.833 million mt of goods, down 0.52% on the month; 7.3709 million trucks passed through the national highway, down 0.10% on the month; the national key ports completed 32.58 million mt of cargo throughput, up 1.9% on the month and completed 758,000 TEUs of container throughput,down 6.3% on the month; civil aviation guaranteed 847 cargo flights (including 625 international cargo flights and 222 domestic cargo flights), up 8.3% on the month; EMS Express collected about 322 million pieces, up 3.2% on the month, and delivered about 331 million pieces, up 5.1% on the month.
