SHANGHAI, May 17(SMM) - China's National Energy Administration: In April, national power consumption was 636.2 billion kWh, down 1.3% year-on-year. The electricity consumption of the secondary industry fell by 1.4% year-on-year, while that of the tertiary industry fell by 6.8%; the electricity consumption of the primary industry and urban and rural residents both increased by 5.5% year-on-year.
