The project is divided into two phases, with a production capacity of 50,000 tons in the first and second phases respectively. Purchase flash dryers, rotary kilns, gas-fired steam boilers, batch mixers and other equipment and facilities to build lithium-ion battery cathode material precursor iron phosphate production line. Rent production workshops, warehouses, boiler rooms, wastewater treatment plants, tank areas and other structures, new office buildings, shift dormitories, etc., with a total construction area of 56265.07 square meters.
Sichuan Yuneng New Energy Battery material Co., Ltd. plans to build Sichuan Yuneng Phase IV Lithium Iron Phosphate project with an annual output of 60, 000 tons, with a planned investment of about 880 million yuan and an estimated construction period of 15 months. The project has an annual output of 60,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate products. Build main factory building, finished product warehouse, gas supply workshop, purchase and install sand grinder, spray drying tower, roller kiln, pure water equipment, air compressor, cooling tower, iron remover, screening machine, packaging machine, batch mixer and other main production equipment, with a total construction area of 47631.79 square meters.
Yibin Wanpeng Times Technology Co., Ltd. plans to build a project with an annual output of 100000 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials, with a total investment of 1.8 billion yuan and an estimated construction period of 22 months. The first phase of the project has an annual output of 40,000 tons and the second phase has an annual output of 60,000 tons. Purchase batching system, grinding system, spray drying system, kiln sintering system, post-processing and packaging system and other related production equipment and supporting public auxiliary equipment; construction of production plant, central control room, integrated office building and nitrogen production station, circulating water station, chilled water station, air compressor room, pure water machine room and other related public auxiliary facilities, with a total construction area of 63000 square meters.
The three approved projects are all iron phosphate / lithium iron phosphate processing projects, with a total investment of 3.08 billion yuan, with a planned production capacity of 100000 tons for lithium iron phosphate precursors and 160000 tons for lithium iron phosphate cathode materials. After the energy saving plan is approved, the project will enter the actual construction stage.
