[3.08 billion yuan! In April, Sichuan Development and Reform Commission approved three energy-saving plans for the production and processing of power battery materials, which are: 100000 tons / year lithium ion battery cathode material lithium iron phosphate precursor project, Sichuan Yuneng fourth phase annual production of 60,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate project, annual capacity of 100000 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode material project.

According to information from the Resource Saving and Environmental Protection Department of the Sichuan Development and Reform Commission, in April, the Sichuan Development and Reform Commission approved three energy-saving plans for the production and processing of power battery materials.

Among them, Sichuan Yingda Lithium Power New material Co., Ltd. plans to build a 100000 ton / year lithium ion battery cathode material lithium iron phosphate precursor project, with a planned investment of 400 million yuan and an estimated construction period of 14 months. The project is divided into two phases, with a production capacity of 50,000 tons in the first and second phases respectively. Purchase flash dryers, rotary kilns, gas-fired steam boilers, batch mixers and other equipment and facilities to build lithium-ion battery cathode material precursor iron phosphate production line. Rent production workshops, warehouses, boiler rooms, wastewater treatment plants, tank areas and other structures, new office buildings, shift dormitories, etc., with a total construction area of 56265.07 square meters.

四川裕能四期年产6万吨磷酸铁锂项目

Sichuan Yuneng New Energy Battery material Co., Ltd. plans to build Sichuan Yuneng Phase IV Lithium Iron Phosphate project with an annual output of 60, 000 tons, with a planned investment of about 880 million yuan and an estimated construction period of 15 months. The project has an annual output of 60,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate products. Build main factory building, finished product warehouse, gas supply workshop, purchase and install sand grinder, spray drying tower, roller kiln, pure water equipment, air compressor, cooling tower, iron remover, screening machine, packaging machine, batch mixer and other main production equipment, with a total construction area of 47631.79 square meters.

年产10万吨磷酸铁锂正极材料项目

Yibin Wanpeng Times Technology Co., Ltd. plans to build a project with an annual output of 100000 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials, with a total investment of 1.8 billion yuan and an estimated construction period of 22 months. The first phase of the project has an annual output of 40,000 tons and the second phase has an annual output of 60,000 tons. Purchase batching system, grinding system, spray drying system, kiln sintering system, post-processing and packaging system and other related production equipment and supporting public auxiliary equipment; construction of production plant, central control room, integrated office building and nitrogen production station, circulating water station, chilled water station, air compressor room, pure water machine room and other related public auxiliary facilities, with a total construction area of 63000 square meters.

The three approved projects are all iron phosphate / lithium iron phosphate processing projects, with a total investment of 3.08 billion yuan, with a planned production capacity of 100000 tons for lithium iron phosphate precursors and 160000 tons for lithium iron phosphate cathode materials. After the energy saving plan is approved, the project will enter the actual construction stage.

Battery Network noted that recently, "Electric Sichuan" Action Plan (2022-2025) "(hereinafter referred to as" Action Plan ") was officially issued.

The Action Plan makes it clear that by 2025, the "Electric Sichuan" campaign will achieve remarkable results, and the level of electric substitution will be greatly improved. Basically built a reasonable layout, complete functions, stable operation, intelligent and safe new energy vehicle charging infrastructure system. The market penetration of new energy vehicles has reached the national average level, and we will speed up the establishment of an important national R & D and manufacturing base for new energy vehicles and a power battery industry base with world influence.

With regard to the development of the lithium material industry, the Action Plan proposes to speed up the development of the lithium material industry, support the industry's leading enterprises to deepen cooperation with Ganzi Prefecture, Aba Prefecture and other resource places, and give priority to ecological and environmental protection. Orderly, efficient and clean development of lithium ore resources to promote the transformation of superior resources into actual production capacity as soon as possible. Support the development of lithium power industry in cities (states) and promote the joint construction of "lithium resources intensive processing park" in relevant cities (states).

Domestic passenger NEV sales were 1.015 million units, up 10.8% MoM but down 8.2% YoY, and domestic commercial NEV sales were 103,000 units, up 11.9% MoM and 56.6% YoY. From January to August, domestic NEV sales totaled 7.215 million units, down 10.8% YoY. Domestic passenger NEV sales were 6.525 million units, down 14.2% YoY, while domestic commercial NEV sales were 690,000 units, up 43.4% YoY. From January to August, NEV exports totaled 3.435 million units, up 1.2x YoY. Passenger NEV exports were 3.357 million units, up 1.3x YoY, while commercial NEV exports were 78,000 units, up 33.1% YoY.

Recently, Shanxi Xiang'an Energy Technology Co., Ltd. published the environmental impact assessment draft for public comment for its annual production of 30,000 mt of sodium-ion battery materials project. The project is located in the Fuyang Industrial Park, Xiangyuan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. The main part of the project and associated utilities include the construction of two production lines for sodium-ion battery cathode materials and one production line for anode materials, along with supporting pure water preparation, air compression systems, nitrogen generation systems, dehumidification systems, and cooling water circulation systems. The processes adopted include: pretreatment (mixing + sand milling + iron removal + spray drying), sagger loading, vibration leveling, grid insertion + sintering, and final treatment (jet milling + batch mixing + sieving + packaging). Once operational, the project will produce 25,000 mt of sodium-ion battery cathode materials and 5,000 mt of anode materials annually. The total investment of the project is 534 million yuan, with an environmental protection investment of 3.64 million yuan, accounting for 0.68%.
