Lithium battery is the "heart" of new energy vehicles, and cathode materials are the core materials of lithium batteries for new energy vehicles, accounting for more than 50% of the total cost of batteries. They are mainly divided into two types: lithium iron phosphate cathode materials and ternary cathode materials. Lithium iron phosphate cathode material has become the mainstream choice of major new energy vehicle manufacturers in the market because of its relatively lower price and better safety performance.
It is reported that "Iron Lithium No. 1" is a new generation of lithium iron phosphate product invented by more than 20 R & D experts of its Shenzhen Research Institute after more than 2000 repeated experiments for eight years. By establishing a high-speed lithium ion transport channel inside the cathode material, "Iron Lithium 1" can increase the discharge capacity retention of lithium iron phosphate from 55% to 85% at-20 degrees. The discharge capacity retention at-40 degrees is increased from close to zero to 57%. "Iron Lithium 1" also has excellent fast charging performance. It is estimated that conventional lithium iron phosphate batteries need to be quickly recharged for 40 minutes to achieve a range of about 550 kilometers, while lithium iron phosphate batteries made of "iron lithium 1" material can reach a range of 500 kilometers with only 15 minutes of fast charging.
At present, the product has obtained five national patents, and has achieved matching products with some domestic battery manufacturers, and is currently in a hot-selling situation that supply exceeds demand.
