Yiwei Lithium can hold a small cylindrical battery strategy conference around the world in the way of "online and offline" to witness the fourth factory and the fifth expansion of Yiwei Lithium small Cylindrical Battery.
Specifically, Yiwei LiNeng No. 13 factory small cylindrical battery product line expansion project, covers an area of 226mu, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan, to achieve a high-standard factory building of 130000 tons. The main products of the project are 18650 and 21700 cylindrical batteries. After reaching production, the annual production capacity can reach 750 million. The project builds six advanced high-speed production lines around the world, with production efficiency of 300ppm, automatic operation of the whole process, stability and high efficiency. According to the lighthouse factory requirements planning, the use of digital operation to achieve lower carbon emissions.
It is understood that Yiwei Lithium can have four major production bases of small cylindrical batteries, which are located in Guangdong, Hubei (including two) and Zhejiang. After the 13th factory is put into production, the production capacity of Yiwei lithium energy small cylindrical battery will reach 1.5 billion, which will alleviate the situation that the supply of small cylindrical battery falls short of demand and provide better service to customers.

Huang Weiyan said that Yiwei lithium small cylindrical batteries serve the top 10 brands of power tools in the world, and are widely used in fast-growing markets such as garden tools, vacuum cleaners and electric two-wheelers. According to the previous performance forecast issued by Yiwei LiNeng, the company expects a net profit of 2.726 billion yuan to 3.056 billion yuan in 2021, an increase of 65% over the same period last year. The company said the growth was mainly due to the expansion of sales and an increase in operating revenue of more than 100%.

On January 12, Yiwei Lithium Energy announced the research and development of plus technology. Huizhou Yiwei Power Battery Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary company, Huizhou Yiwei Power Battery Co., Ltd. plan to invest in the construction of power battery R & D center in Zhongkai High-tech Zone. among them, the company invested 699 million yuan to build a "power battery R & D center" and built a new factory building at 71-2 Chenjiang Street, Zhongkai High-tech Zone. Huizhou Yiwei Power invested 236 million US dollars (about 1.5 billion yuan) to build a "electrochemical energy storage and power battery industry common technology research and development and innovation service platform".
On January 29, Yiwei LiNeng signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with the people's Government of Huizhou City, and the two sides will deepen strategic cooperation to create a 100 billion-level new energy battery industry cluster in Huizhou to support the company's further development and growth. According to the agreement, when the land supply and energy supply meet the landing conditions of the project, the total output value of Yiwei lithium energy and holding enterprises will reach 100 billion yuan by 2025, contributing to the development and growth of the new energy battery industry in Huizhou. Yiwei Lithium Energy and its holding enterprises will invest no less than 2 billion to invest in local R & D and innovation in Huizhou, increase the introduction of doctors and other senior talents, build an energy storage power R & D base and key materials R & D center with international leading technology and influence, and promote the deep integration of Huizhou petrochemical industry and electronic information industry.
On the evening of February 16th, Yiwei LiNeng announced that the company signed the New Energy Battery whole Industry chain Project Cooperation Agreement with the people's Government of Yuxi City, Yunnan Province, Enjie shares (002812), Yuntianhua (600096) and Huayou Holdings. In terms of battery and upstream and downstream materials construction, Yiwei LiNeng, Enjie, Huayou Holdings and Yuntianhua plan to build battery supporting projects such as new energy battery, lithium battery isolation film, iron phosphate and lithium iron phosphate and copper foil in Yuxi City in the future. The first phase of the project is committed to invest about 18.05 billion yuan, which will be completed by December 31, 2023; the second phase of the project will be completed by December 31, 2025; the first and second phases of the project will have a total investment of 51.7 billion yuan; and the third phase of the project is scheduled to be completed by 2030.
Hubei Yiwei Power Co., Ltd. plans to sign a "contract" with the Management Committee of Jingmen High-tech Industrial Development Zone to invest in the construction of 20GWh square lithium iron phosphate battery production line and auxiliary facilities project and 48GWh power storage battery production line and auxiliary facilities project respectively in Jingmen High-tech Zone, with a total fixed asset investment of about 12.6 billion yuan.
At the same time, Yiwei LiNeng also accelerates overseas layout. On the evening of March 29th, Yiwei LiNeng announced that the company recently signed a "PROJECT ROSE-NON-BINDING LETTER OF INTENT" with Debreceni Ingatlanfejleszt á tolt Korl á tolt (Debrecen), a subsidiary of the Hungarian Debrecen (Debrecen) government, and T á rsas á g (hereinafter referred to as "the seller"). The company or its subsidiary entities (hereafter designated) intend to purchase the target property from the seller and set up a power battery manufacturing plant in Hungary in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in this letter of intent.
