It is understood that Jinli lead-based solid waste coordinated intensive smelting industrialization demonstration and zinc resources comprehensive utilization project, which was independently developed by Jinli Group with a total investment of 1.738 billion yuan, is a special experimental production line demonstration project of "solid waste recycling", a key R & D plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology, including an annual production line of 100000 tons of recycled lead and an annual production line of 100000 tons of zinc ingots. After the completion of the project, it will fill the gap between Henan Province and Russia in the strategic concept of "Belt and Road Initiative". More importantly, the project will achieve complementary industrial advantages through "lead-zinc co-production, system complementarity and dry squeeze", and finally turn hazardous waste into solid waste and realize the comprehensive utilization of solid waste resources. At present, the production mode of solid danger waste into treasure is the first in the country.

According to reports, after the zinc system production line of the project is put into production, the raw materials mainly come from Russian mines invested by Jinli Gold and lead Group, and zinc waste residue produced by heavy non-ferrous smelting enterprises in Henan Province. The lead system will make use of the renewable resources produced by the disassembly line of recycled lead production, together with the smelting lead waste residue produced by the zinc system, to recover the renewable resources, which can directly turn the dangerous waste produced by the heavy non-ferrous smelting enterprises in Henan Province into treasure. as a result, the secondary pollution caused by the cross-provincial transfer of pollution points can be avoided.

At the construction site, construction director Song Wulun told me that the 248-meter lead electrolysis workshop is one of the main projects of the project. At present, workers are busy hoisting roof trusses and roof panels, and the main body of the frame has been basically completed. 50% of the hoisting and wall erection operations have been completed, and the construction of concrete and formwork is also being accelerated.

In the whole project construction site, a total of 869 people from 16 construction units are stationed at the same time to carry out work. At present, "each construction area adopts three-dimensional construction and cross operation, and on the basis of not affecting the construction of the superstructure, the lower equipment enters the field in advance." At the same time, the company seized the prime time to rush forward to provide production sites for all kinds of non-standard equipment, and strive to complete the whole project and put into production as soon as possible.
