Recently, Sany heavy Industry and Battery Technology have reached a strategic cooperation, and the two sides will carry out long-term cooperation on battery banking, retired power battery recycling and other businesses to build a power battery recycling network. As a major carbon emitter in the field of transportation, it is urgent to promote electrification in an all-round way, but there are still some problems, such as slow charging, difficult charging and high one-time purchase cost, while the power exchange mode helps to improve the operational efficiency of heavy trucks and reduce purchase costs. Under the guidance of this clear route and trend, domestic construction machinery and heavy truck companies are accelerating the design of power-changing models.

As a major carbon emitter in the field of transportation, it is urgent to promote electrification in an all-round way, but there are still some problems, such as slow charging, difficult charging and high one-time purchase cost, while the power exchange mode helps to improve the operational efficiency of heavy trucks and reduce purchase costs. Under the guidance of this clear route and trend, domestic construction machinery and heavy truck companies are accelerating the design of power-changing models.

In terms of policy, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has launched 13 pilot cities for power exchange mode, and it is expected that the sales of heavy trucks will reach 20,000 to 30,000 this year, an increase of 691% and 751% over the same period last year.

As a domestic construction machinery and heavy truck vehicle head enterprise, Sany heavy Industry has actively promoted the electrified transformation of construction vehicles in recent years. According to Battery China, by the first half of 2021, the company has launched a total of 26 electrified products, covering excavators, cranes, mixers, dump trucks and road machinery.

In the design of electric vehicle models, in view of the characteristics of heavy trucks, construction machinery and other vehicles, in terms of technical route, Sany heavy Industry implements a parallel mode of power replacement and charging energy replenishment routes. and jointly developed a mature power battery system scheme with domestic battery enterprises.

According to the latest data, Sany sold a total of 1497 new energy heavy trucks in 2021, accounting for 14.33% of the market share, ranking first in domestic new energy heavy truck sales (including electricity exchange, pure electricity, hydrogen fuel, of which electricity exchange is the main).

At present, Sany heavy Industry has built an application and innovation platform around new energy vehicles-Hunan Xingbida NetLian Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xingbida"). To carry out the sales of power stations, vehicle rental services, recharging equipment sales, vehicle custom development and design, battery leasing and other business.

At the same time, Sany heavy Industry has also increased its layout in the field of electric engineering vehicles, so it will also face the challenge of battery decommissioning and recycling in the future. This time, through cooperation with battery recycling enterprises, we will open the last channel of the battery life cycle and realize the sound development of the electrification of heavy trucks and engineering vehicles.

According to the data, as the core participant in the formulation of national standards for power battery recycling, Battery Technology has the leading live crushing technology of decommissioned power battery, focusing on battery bank + cascade utilization + recycling and so on.

The cooperation between the two sides will achieve complementary resources, which can effectively promote the construction and improvement of recycling channels for cooperation between the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, so as to promote the safe echelon application of waste power batteries in power reserve and other fields.
