China Enfei and Anning signed titanium project engineering design contract and strategic cooperation agreement

On April 1, China Enfei Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Enfei) and Sichuan Anning Iron and Titanium Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Anning Co., Ltd.) signed the project design contract and strategic cooperation agreement for the whole industry chain project of energy-grade titanium materials with an annual output of 60,000 tons. Liu Cheng, general manager of China Enfei, and Luo Yangyong, chairman of Anning Co., Ltd. signed on behalf of both sides.

The whole industry chain project of energy-grade titanium materials with an annual output of 60, 000 tons is currently the largest titanium project in the world. It adopts the process of "ilmenite-high titanium slag-titanium tetrachloride-titanium sponge-titanium" and treats 255000 tons of titanium concentrate per year. It is of great significance to give full play to the advantages of Panzhihua vanadium and titanium resources and enhance the development level of related industrial chains.

According to the engineering design contract and strategic cooperation agreement, China Enfei will undertake the overall engineering design of the project and give full play to its respective resource advantages with Anning shareholds. we will expand in-depth cooperation in technological research and development, equipment development, engineering consulting, engineering design, scientific and technological innovation platform cooperation, national scientific and technological projects, and industrial transformation in the field of vanadium and titanium resources.

The signing of the engineering design contract and strategic cooperation agreement is the further cooperation between the two sides after the underground mining and tailing reservoir projects. Under the background of Sichuan Province focusing on supporting the development of vanadium and titanium and the construction of Panxi national strategic resource innovation pilot zone, the deep strategic cooperation between the two sides will effectively promote the technological progress and industrial upgrading of the whole industry chain of vanadium and titanium resources.
